What is the policy for guests who have booked a stay in a country with a negative travel advice?

Each country has its own rules and travel advice. We ask guests to carefully plan their visit based on the information available from the local authorities. Please check this information regularly. We also try to keep you informed through our specially developed Camping App which you will receive from us with the confirmation of your reservation.

Is the coronavirus covered by the Calamity Fund?

Diseases and epidemics such as the coronavirus are not covered by the Calamity Fund. This coverage only applies to molestation situations or natural disasters. Incidentally, the coverage of the Calamity Fund only applies to trips that have already commenced. More information can be found on the website of the Calamity Fund.

Does my cancellation insurance cover the costs if I cancel?

Please contact the insurance company where you took out your cancellation insurance for information about the coverage.

What is the travel advice for Luxembourg?

Always check the official travel advice of the government before you go on vacation. This way you are aware of possible risks, local measures and other important information. On the campsite

Can I enjoy my camping vacation safely?

Our campsite is subject to security protocols drawn up by the Luxembourg authorities:

- Safe working practices of staff: staff work according to strict local safety guidelines. They are extensively instructed on the applicable protocols, use protective and disinfecting materials and are ready to help you with any questions you may have.

- Safe distance: we do everything we can to ensure a safe distance at the campsite, e.g. special walking directions at the facilities. 

- Cleaning and hygiene: we work with an adapted cleaning protocol that complies with the corona guidelines. This allows you to use all facilities safely.

- Travel safely in your own car: in your own car you travel safer to your vacation destination than by plane or public transport.
